Ropartifire Offline Mode—Worth It?

I recently found that ropartifire offline mode could help me play without internet interruptions. Has anyone tested the latest ropartifire patch notes to see what’s changed? I’m cautious about using unofficial links, so I’m sticking with the ropartifire trusted page for downloads.
