Mission Statement
Ritual was created for people who miss having a consistent gaming crew. The goal isn't to build a massive community, but a small group of people who enjoy the same kinds of games, show up regularly, and make gaming a part of their routine. We believe good crews are built through consistency, communication, and reliability over time.
We're also big believers in reciprocity. Sometimes we'll play the games you're excited about, and sometimes you'll join us for ours. Not because anyone is obligated to, but because the best groups are built on give and take. At the end of the day, we're not looking for the most skilled players, we're looking for people we'd genuinely enjoy having around week after week.
Ritual is intentionally kept small, with a target size of only 6-8 members.

• Willing to play on a schedule
• Comfortable using voice chat
• Able to play modern multiplayer games
• Looking for a permanent gaming group
